I guess I could live with the rude customer service... but what really bothers me are the incredibly costly and highly suspicious repairs required within 6 months of owning this vehicle. All 4 rims are dinged (almost an impossibility for even the worst driver) , and the brake pads needed to be replaced, the rotors, tie rods and most disturbing of all, the entire front suspension. There is no logical way all this could have been wrong with a 5 year old vehicle at 70,000 km (especially the suspension which normally doesn't falter until around 10 years!) and supposedly no accidents on the report.... Thanks Dynasty for selling our family of 5 (with 3 kids under 3) such an unsafe vehicle that could have killed us all in a number of ways. Please don't buy from these people - they are the worst possible dealership.
